Half Moon Bay

Gold sands, orange rock and glimmering bronze reflections, here we were surrounded by what I can only describe as the land of Midas, a palace of natural marble coated in a fine layer of golden ash. Half Moon Bay, as its more commonly referred to, is about forty minutes drive from central Melbourne, just past Brighton and Sandringham.

Recently, we had a wonderful afternoon exploring the bay, rock climbing and laying back as the sun kissed our faces. What a beautiful spot, and so close to home, oh wonders never cease to amaze.
